| Training Duration | 6 Months |
| Facilities | Accommodation, uniform, and stationery will be provided by WIL. |

Terms & Conditions

- Selected candidates must submit an affidavit on Rs. 100/- stamp paper ensuring they will complete their training.

- Employment may be offered based on performance and company needs; however, it is not guaranteed for all trainees.

- Selected candidates must sign a bond to serve in WIL for at least 6 years.
If they leave early, they must repay all training expenses plus a Rs. 50,000/- penalty.
